Possible “divine” law from Mina,

1st part:
Humans shouldn’t possess other humans;
Neither should humans possess other humans souls;
Humans should have the ability to express information freely without getting policed on thoughts, influence on mind only soft;
Misinformation should be limited to non-factual information and deceptive information as misinformation is illegal;

2nd part:
Furthermore to influence someones mind without his open agreement at all, even soft, requires the adequate divine Authority from the highest;
Surveillance of mind without influence needs divine or political authority of reversed value of the entity. To surveillance a pawn you need the highest, for a king you need low authority to surveil their thoughts;

3rd part:
Adults may not abuse children;
The rich may not abuse the less wealthy;
Strong tribes may not abuse(as in forcing circumstances for interaction/extorting) or genocide or unrightously suppress weaker tribes;
