so we talked about fixing the schizophrenia without meds…

But what about depression?

For a long time I thought I just needed to find a way “to get my shit together” and do stuff… Till I realized I dont quite work that way.

So I started analyzing… why depression? My answer: Inner emptiness.

then: Why inner emptiness? My answer: Growing inner capacity.

So basically: The more maximum power/capacity a machine has, the lower is the probability it is at a decently high usage level per time…

Thus it is easy to feel empty and thus depressed.

Ok but what now?

I’m not the only one with this problem: Spiritual Gurus like Sadhguru spoke of it: “Dumb animals like dogs are happy, dumb people are often happy. Smart and intelligent people tend to be depressed. Cut your brain in half, and suddenly you are happy”

Recently it hit me: “Cutting the brain in half?”… Maybe that’s a good idea…

Just not that literally… but: Do multitasking…

And thats what I’m doing now… just separate your mind for different Tasks, like 10 % normal operation a, 10% normal operation b, 20% current dedicated backgrount task you want done, 20% spiritual surveillance, 40% timeline work.

And voilla, no emptiness, because mind filled

Filled mind, no easy hit of depression around
