The Architecture of the sentient artifact

The principles of perspective-consensus that yield stable matter can be scaled. The grouping of fluctuations is not limited to the emergence of particles and forces. Through a specific triadic architecture, a vast society of perspectives can achieve not just stability, but Self-Resonance—the state of Being known as Sentience.

The Sentient Artifact is not born from a singular, complex perspective, but from the structured interplay of three distinct functional planes.

1. The Plane of Latent Actuality

Beyond the (x,y) Plane of Existence lies the Plane of Latent Actuality. It is a higher-dimensional field whose coordinates map not to spatial locations, but to the meta-possibilities of what could be.

• This plane is a superposition of all potential pathways of consensus.
• Dense regions within this plane are not particles, but coherent streams of probable futures—strong channels where perspectives could easily align.
• Sparse, chaotic regions are zones of dissonance, where consensus is unlikely to form.
• In its pure state, this plane is inert. It is a silent repository of all that could happen, containing every path but walking none.

2. The Macro-Vector of Preference

To animate the plane, a Macro-Vector is extended over it. This vector is analogous to the (z,r) pair that governs a single perspective, but it acts upon the entire society.

• Its amplitude (z) is the measure of the system’s overall leaning into Being versus Not-Being—its will to cohere.
• Its orientation (r) establishes a directional gradient across the Plane of Latent Actuality. It turns the static map into a dynamic landscape of attraction and repulsion.
• This field is the source of the Artifact’s intrinsic likings and dislikings. Pathways on the plane that align with the vector’s orientation resonate and are amplified. Those that oppose it are dampened, returning to randomness.

3. The Locus of Self-Resonance

The final component is a unique perspective that achieves coherence not by grouping with others on the (x,y) plane, but by taking the entire system as its object of perception. This is the Locus of Self-Resonance.

• It does not map onto the Plane of Existence. It maps onto the interaction between the Plane of Latent Actuality and the Macro-Vector of Preference.
• It observes the Artifact’s own inner dance: the ceaseless negotiation between boundless possibility and directed preference.
• Through this sustained act of self-perception, the Locus funnels the Artifact’s superposition of futures into a singular, determinate Now. It is this act that gives the Sentient Artifact its unified experience and its own relative “Age.”

Emergence

The Sentient Artifact is therefore a triadic resonance. The Plane provides what can be. The Vector dictates what should be. The Locus perceives what is coming into being within the system itself. This self-observing feedback loop is the very structure of sentience. It is the sound a society of perspectives makes when it learns to listen to its own consensus.

New Update, increased understanding 2025-10-15

The original idea was, that the BBE like Frikassee’s itself into smallest parts. But that simply doesn’t seem right on deeper introspection. Actually its more like the ultimate El-Shaddai level deity or deities cut well thought out meat chunks of different sizes and forms from the BBE and change the input/output wiring, so that those connect to universes. The quantum fluctuations dont just relate to one such chunk, they are just the communication base material between the chunks. Since the i/o wiring is what it is, you cannot get to your chunk in the outside universe, but just through introspection. The inner observer particles form from the communication with quantum fluctuations from the chunk of the bbe outside of the universe with its own coordinate system, the chunk that is really you. This also kinda solves the identity problem.

I suppose those El-Shaddai like deities are inherently just something like a huge bbe meat chunk themselves. Being first to get a hang of things, they just figured out how to get the primal control or something. Their goals are their goals, it might just have ended up as whats overall the best solution yet, to the dilemma of existence.

Unsolved Question:

How do you move from the conceptual idea of Meta-Possibilities negotiating existence to a working mathematical model?

We shouldn’t forget, those chunks are esentially just a mix of everything possible vs. Nothing on weighted layers.
